Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist – Clinic Manager to join our team in Sioux City, IA . This is a great opportunity for a Physical Therapist looking to take the next step into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, personalized physical therapy care.
• Lead and support the clinic team and promote a collaborative environment.
• Help oversee day-to-day clinic operations.
• Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
• Support team development, clinical excellence, and efficient clinic operations.
• Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate documentation and effectively use computer systems.
  

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with 3+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• Iowa Physical Therapy license preferred.
• DPT, MPT, or MSPT from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Previous Clinic Manager or formal leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
  

Leadership Development

No previous Clinic Manager experience? That's okay. Clinic Manager training and ongoing coaching are provided to help experienced Physical Therapists develop the leadership and operational skills needed for the role.
