Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg Telemetry team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience and possess a valid Ohio license or a compact state license in hand.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Educate and support patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand.
• References required from management-level personnel in the specialty applied for.
