What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the emergency department, applying your skills within the RN scope of practice
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records
• Educate patients and their significant others on care plans and safety
• Respond quickly to emergency situations, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Follow facility protocols and standards to maintain compliance and quality assurance

What You Need

• Valid RN license in Oregon
• Emergency Department experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work evenings and adapt quickly to fast-paced environments

• Certification in BLS and ACLS
• Experience working in a hospital setting or ER
