We are seeking a Project Management Analyst 3 to support program operations through data-driven insights, reporting accuracy, and coordination across multiple technical and business areas. This position is contingent upon contract award What You Will Do * Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. * Reviews status of projects and budgets. * Manages schedules and prepares status reports. * Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. * Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients. * Plans, prepares, issues and controls production schedules and coordinates with material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials timed to meet production requirements. * Advises management of the status of work in progress, material availability, and potential production problems to ensure that personnel, equipment, materials and services are provided as needed. * Schedules equipment and personnel, confirms material supply and demands, prepares work orders or purchase requests for the production or purchase of components or parts based on a master production schedule, shop load and inventory requirements. * Coordinates interdepartmental activity with quality assurance, manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, inventory control, traffic, etc. * Schedules and expedites the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers and requests for shipping orders. What You Must Have * 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience. * Candidate must have experience working in large cross functional programs and working with customer and subcontractors. * Candidate must have strong understanding of procurement processes, material planning, and logistics coordination. * Candidate must have the ability to work independently and problem solve issues as required. * Candidate must have expereince with MS office suite. * Candidate must have expertise in excel and power point. * Candidate must have experience working with scheduling software such as MS Project or Primavera. * Candidate must have strong ability to communicate within a cross functional team. * Candidate must demonstrate strong collaboration skills, particularly when working with geographically dispersed teams.
