Working alongside experienced Account Managers and marketing professionals, you'll gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, event marketing, and promotional strategy. Key Responsibilities Support live event marketing campaigns and promotional activities for nationally recognized clients. Represent client brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service. Engage with customers to promote products, services, and brand initiatives. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing events and promotional campaigns. Collaborate with Account Managers, marketing teams, and leadership to achieve campaign objectives. Apply marketing strategies and promotional techniques to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Build positive customer relationships while creating memorable event experiences. Provide accurate information and outstanding customer support during promotional events. Help monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. Qualifications We're looking for motivated individuals who are eager to grow professionally. Preferred qualifications include: Previous customer service experience required. Marketing, event promotions, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
