Dishwasher/ Prep Cook
SAGE Dining Services is hiring a Dishwasher/ Prep Cook for a retreat in Gloucester, MA. Hours are from 11:30am to 8:00pm. Reliable transportation required.
Prep Cook
- Prepare fresh food for students, faculty, and staff
- Follow recipes and prep food according to daily menus
- Chop, slice, portion, and prepare ingredients for meals
- Assist with cooking and food production as needed
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Work closely with the Chef and kitchen team
- Help provide fresh, high-quality meals every day
- Learn new culinary skills and grow your experience
- Work in a professional, team-focused kitchen

Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile
Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
Rotate products in inventory.
Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled dishes.
Set-up and break down the dish machine and sanitizing equipment.
Bag all garbage and boxes and disposing these in appropriate dumpsters.
Adhere to SAGE's safety and allergy prevention policies.
Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.
Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
