Become part of a team that values: Fostering strong client connections Delivering exceptional service Creative and solution-oriented thinking Shared commitment to client success What you'll do as UGC Content Creator: Content Creation Powerhouse: Develop eye-catching, high-quality TikTok and Instagram Reels that showcase e-commerce products in an authentic, engaging way. Trend Spotter: Stay on top of platform trends, viral challenges, and social media best practices to create relevant and timely content. Creative Storyteller: Craft compelling narratives and scripts that resonate with target audiences and drive brand engagement. On-Camera Star: Be comfortable showing up on camera and producing content in a relatable, energetic, and creative style. Editing Guru: Utilize TikTok and Instagram-native editing tools (or external apps) to produce polished, high-quality videos. Collaboration Expert: Work closely with Joybyte's internal marketing team to align content with brand strategies and campaign goals. Performance Tracker: Analyze engagement metrics and iterate content strategies to optimize for performance and conversion. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: 1+ years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or UGC production. A portfolio or examples of short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.). Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices. On-camera confidence and the ability to convey authenticity and enthusiasm. Video editing skills using in-app tools or external software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.). Passion for storytelling and a deep understanding of what makes content engaging. Ability to take creative direction while maintaining originality in content execution. Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience in e-commerce or working with product-based brands (preferred, but not required).
