Warehouse Coordinator - Receiving and Shipping

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process inbound deliveries and outbound shipments

• Receive and process inbound deliveries to ensure proper paperwork is completed and verify quantity accuracy of the delivery

• Process outbound deliveries to ensure properly labeled, correct quantities, correct paperwork, etc.

• Communicate and coordinate delivery of receipts to the appropriate person

• Coordinate outbound deliveries with appropriate parties such as field personnel, project managers, project coordinators, vendors, etc.

• Communicate with vendors, internal customers, etc. to ensure timeliness and accuracy of shipments received or sent out

• Coordinate driver schedules for efficiency and cost effectiveness

• Process all receiving and shipping paperwork including packing slips, bills of lading, POs, etc.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of receiving and shipping routing tasks

• Process and look up information in COINS

• Coordination of materials to job site or returning from job sites

• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding product and/or materials

• Assist with coordination of returns for credit processing

• Participate in year-end inventory

• Responsible for all aspects for the shipping and receiving functions

• Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) - required

• Experience 1-3 years warehouse experience - required

• Towmotor (forklift) experience - required
• Microsoft Office - required

• Excel Knowledge-required

• Strong attention to detail - required

• Strong communication skills - required

• Strong organizational skills - required
