Multiple placements are available for dedicated educators on middle and high school campuses beginning with the 26/27 academic year. Qualifications:

• Active Special Education Teacher License issued by the state of Texas is required.
• For Middle School roles: Dual certification in EC-12 Special Education and 4-8 Core is mandatory.
• For High School assignments: Dual certification in EC-12 Special Education and 7-12 Core is mandatory.
• Prior experience working with students with diverse learning needs preferred.
• Solid understanding of IEP development and special education law.
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a student-centered approach.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement specialized instructional strategies tailored to individual IEPs.
• Collaborate with general educators, support staff, and families to foster student success.
• Document progress, participate in ARD meetings, and comply with all reporting requirements.
• Promote a positive, inclusive classroom climate conducive to learning and personal growth.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learners and support their achievement.
