Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state of Massachusetts
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with middle and high school students
• Ability to deliver both individual and small-group sessions effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to supporting students’ progress in academic and social contexts
• Adaptability as caseload needs and schedules may shift throughout the school year

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized and group occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 8 students
• Create and implement targeted intervention plans that address students’ unique needs
• Participate in student assessments, including occasional reevaluations
• Document student progress and update goals as needed in collaboration with the school team
• Collaborate with educators, other therapists, and support staff to enhance students’ learning experience
• Work proactively with the school to adjust service frequency or scheduling as caseloads change
