Clinical Magnet, (part of Icon Medical Network), is partnering with a respected healthcare organization seeking a full-time PTA to support skilled nursing and rehabilitation patient populations in 2 facilities near and in the Dayton, Ohio area. Why Therapists Choose This Opportunity

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities

Assist Physical Therapists with patient treatment plans and rehabilitation goals
Support patients with mobility, strength, and balance exercises
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to therapy teams
Educate patients on exercises and therapy techniques
Maintain accurate documentation and EMR records

Qualifications

Active PTA license required
Associate Degree from an accredited PTA program
Experience in rehabilitation or SNF settings preferred, vent and trach experience or knowledge is nice to have
Strong communication and patient care skills, a TRUE interest in helping patients

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation based on experience, Roughly Starting at $25-$35/hr, paid travel time
