Maintenance Supervisor

THIS ROLE IS A NIGHT SHIFT OPPORTUNITY

Requirements: High school diploma or GED, or equivalent 5 years of experience within manufacturing Leadership, management or supervisory experience Excellent communication, coaching and mentoring skills Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift and walk for periods of time Preferred Requirements: Six Sigma Certification or training courses taken Associate's degree or technical degree Experience working with/around injection molding machines Day to Day: Account for the safety of employees that you supervise, and ensure they are in accordance with safe work expectations Lead risk assessment and mitigation activities to implement preventative actions aimed at decreasing environmental, health and/or safety concerns Conduct any counseling, written warnings, or suspensions relating to violations of plant rules Track and direct all parts manufactured as needed for work orders Manage any housekeeping items of your assigned production area Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Engineering Industries Staffing and Recruiting and Manufacturing Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
