Psychiatry opening in Georgetown, DE Ocean City, MD 35mFull-time, PermanentSeeking a Psychiatrist to join its Inpatient Psychiatric team. This is a full-time, onsite role offering a structured weekday schedule in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment focused on high-quality inpatient psychiatric care.* Monday–Friday daytime schedule (no routine nights or weekends)* 100% onsite inpatient psychiatry (no telehealth)* Average of ~18 patients per day* Supportive team including psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and per diem clinicians* Established inpatient unit with 99 beds* Opportunity to work in a collaborative and well-resourced behavioral health setting Key Responsibilities * Provide inpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment* Manage a broad range of psychiatric conditions* Conduct psychiatric assessments and medication management* Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary care coordination* Support involuntary commitment processes when clinically indicated* Collaborate with physicians, APPs, psychologists, and clinical staff* Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems Qualifications (Required) * Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Psychiatry (within 0–5 years of residency)* Active Delaware medical license or ability to obtain* DEA registration (required prior to start)* CSR/CDS registration (required prior to start)* Current NPDB Self-Query report * BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Compensation & Benefits * Competitive compensation* Medical, dental, and vision insurance* Paid time off (PTO)* 401(k) retirement plan* CME stipend
