Who we're looking for

We're seeking current A-Level/Master Technicians who:

• Excel in complete vehicle diagnostics and repair—from drivetrain to electrical systems
• Thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

What we offer:

• Competitive pay: Up to $70 flat rate or up to $75 hourly + performance bonus based on years of experience
• Sign-on bonus! A Level $10,000

As a Stress-Free Auto Care technician, you'll:

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems
• Collaborate with a skilled, supportive team
• Interact with customers to deliver transparent, high-quality service
• Work in a shop built around respect, communication, and continuous improvement

We provide the tools, resources, and environment you need to succeed—so you can focus on doing what you do best.

Physical requirements

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
• Efficiently navigate a computer
