This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with homeowners, takes pride in professionalism, and is interested in building a long-term career in sales or operations. This is not “spray and pray” canvassing, we focus on quality conversations, process, and reputation. What You'll Do
- Professionally engage homeowners through door-to-door outreach in assigned territories
- Educate homeowners on roof inspections, storm damage, and preventative maintenance
- Set qualified inspection appointments
- Accurately document interactions and leads in company systems
- Follow company scripts, compliance standards, and brand guidelines
- Meet weekly performance goals while maintaining quality standards
- Attend training, team meetings, and coaching sessions
- Prior canvassing or sales experience preferred
- Strong communicator with confidence and professionalism
- Coachable and process-oriented
- Resilient and comfortable handling rejection
- Goal-driven with a growth mindset
- Self-motivated, organized, and independent
- Tech-savvy with ability to use CRM and digital tools
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- $18 - $22/hour + uncapped bonuses per quality leads set
- Part - Time W-2 (20 hours/week)
- Flexible schedule: weekends + evenings
