Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that resonate with patients’ needs, utilizing solution-focused strategies and evidence-based practices.

• Provide staff training on utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring continuity and best practices in patient care.

• Document and maintain precise clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards; this enhances transparency and quality of care.

• Engage in treatment planning sessions with the multidisciplinary team to monitor patient progress and adapt interventions as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
