Server Assistant - Fulton

Responsibilities Deliver warm, personalized, and attentive service consistent with Accor standards. Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, and bar operations while maintaining exceptional service flow. Set, reset, and maintain dining tables and bar seating to luxury presentation standards. Deliver food and beverages accurately, ensuring proper timing, presentation, and guest satisfaction. Anticipate guest needs by refilling beverages, clearing courses, refreshing place settings, and responding promptly to requests. Polish and stock glassware, flatwareand service equipment. Support large parties, private events, and banquet‑style service as needed.
