Project Manager

We are partnering with an established Florida general contractor seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join its Fort Myers team. This role is ideal for a local construction professional with a track record of successfully delivering commercial projects throughout the Southwest Florida market. Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout , maintaining accountability for overall project delivery. Own project budgets, schedules, cost controls, change orders, documentation, and forecasting . Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, superintendents, architects, engineers, and internal project teams. Manage subcontractor procurement/buyout, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and project documentation throughout the construction lifecycle. Proactively identify and resolve schedule, budget, quality, and project risks while maintaining strong communication with clients and leadership. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction Project Management experience , ideally with a general contractor. Established experience working in the Fort Myers / Southwest Florida construction market , including completed local commercial projects. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Construction, or a related field preferred. Strong knowledge of commercial construction, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor management, contracts, and project closeout .
