NOW HIRING: GENERAL LABORER IN SUFFOLK, VA!
Pay: $15.00/hour
Shift: Rotating 12hr Shifts 5AM-5PM and 5PM-5AM (MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS)

The Lee Group is seeking a dependable, energetic General Laborers to join the production team at a respected food and beverage manufacturing facility in Suffolk, VA. If you’re a hard worker who takes pride in doing things the right way and wants to make a meaningful impact each day, this opportunity is for you.

As a General Laborer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that finished products are safely, accurately, and efficiently packaged for distribution. You’ll work as part of a team that values reliability, attention to detail, and keeping a clean, safe work environment.

What You’ll Do as a General Laborer:
• Inspect, pack, and palletize finished products
• Ensure proper labeling, weight, and quality standards are met
• Wrap and prepare pallets for shipment
• Assist with organizing product in the warehouse area
• Maintain clean workstations and follow all safety and food-handling procedures
• Communicate with team members and supervisors to keep production running smoothly

What We’re Looking For in a General Laborer:
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
