Requirements The facility is looking for locums who can do nights and weekends, with and active license and EM boarded. Please note the urgent need is for nights, weekends and holidays. They will accept providers who can do days, but that is not the real need. When submitting bids please let us know their availability through 2026. This is a must before the site will reach out to the provider. Usual EM procedures Central lines, Intubations ext. Day and night needs 8-10 shifts per month. No guaranteed hours over 8 and OT will start after confirmed shift has been worked. (ex. 8, 10, 12 hour shift) See shift times below Ada 6a-6p 11a-11p or 12p-12a AP Shifts sometimes filled with physician 6p-6a Ardmore 6a-4p 7a-6p 11a-11p AP Shift sometime filled with physician 4p-3a 6p-6a This is actual emergency medicine shifts in the emergency department. Below are the shift times for Ardmore NIGHTS Shifts times 6p-6a • Volume around 40k per year Ardmore • Trauma designation Level 3 • Shift times for docs and app’s APPs work 12 hour shifts 11a-11p • EMR EPIC – all mercy locations are EPIC • Board cert requirements- Will they accept Family Medicine or Internal Medicine? No must be ER residency trained and board certified • Life supports required • Admission rate* 15% for both • Beds in ED* 17 beds in Ardmore • Backup* No Consultants? cardiology, nephrology, surgery, podiatry, ortho, peds, urology, tele neurology, Hospitalist
