The company is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager/Estimator to join their leadership team and help manage bids and projects across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. This is an opportunity to join a financially stable, family-oriented contractor that values integrity, teamwork, and doing things the right way. Key Responsibilities: Lead electrical estimating efforts from takeoff through final bid submission Oversee project budgets, schedules, and change orders from preconstruction through closeout Collaborate with field supervisors and foremen to ensure project goals are met Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to identify scope and cost variables Maintain strong relationships with clients, GCs, suppliers, and internal teams Ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are upheld throughout all phases Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in electrical project management and/or estimating Background in commercial or industrial electrical construction Proficiency in estimating software (Accubid, Bluebeam, or similar) Strong understanding of NEC, local codes, and project documentationExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skills Local or regional candidates preferred Why Join This Team: Long-term stability with a respected local contractor Competitive salary + project performance bonuses Full benefits (medical, dental, 401(k), PTO, holidays) Opportunity to grow into senior leadership roles Interested in learning more?
