Jr. Total Rewards Analyst
Location: Pasadena, TX 77507 (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Month Contract
Pay Rate: $40-$45/hour

About the Opportunity

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Jr. Total Rewards Analyst to support compensation, benefits, HR reporting, workforce analytics, and HR systems administration functions for our client. This role is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, and helping drive informed business decisions through accurate reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and passionate about supporting Total Rewards initiatives that enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Total Rewards Administration

• Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Maintain compensation-related data and records, ensuring accuracy within HR systems.
• Assist with annual compensation planning, merit review cycles, and salary administration activities.
• Provide support for benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries regarding Total Rewards programs.
• Handle sensitive employee and compensation information with the highest level of confidentiality.

HR Analytics & Reporting

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for Human Resources leadership and business stakeholders.
• Assist with compensation analyses, salary benchmarking, and market pricing activities.
• Support data collection and analysis for audits, compliance reporting, and strategic HR initiatives.
• Conduct regular audits and data validation efforts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop, maintain, and improve Excel-based reports, dashboards, and tracking tools.
• Create presentations and reporting materials to support management decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, HR Analytics, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis functions.
• Experience working with HRIS and reporting systems preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to compensation planning, salary surveys, or benefits administration.
• Experience creating dashboards and workforce analytics reports.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday, UKG, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.

Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
