STEP Youth Case Manager — Trauma-Informed Housing Advocate

The Sacramento LGBT Community Center is seeking a full-time STEP Case Manager in Sacramento, CA to support transitional-aged youth experiencing homelessness. The Case Manager will develop inclusive, trauma-informed case plans, maintain documentation, and provide advocacy and resource navigation. This role includes managing a caseload of clients, working with various stakeholders, and participating in a youth-focused team.
