Our skilled team includes two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), all dedicated to delivering personalized therapy programs that cater to the unique needs of each patient. Our practice primarily serves clients with private medical insurance, emphasizing a supportive and patient-centric approach.

Work Environment

This full-time position operates within our modern outpatient office in Roanoke, VA. With a standard work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, you will have predictable hours to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients to establish individual therapy goals and needs effectively.
• Manage a patient load of one client per hour, ensuring quality interactions and personalized care.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that include various therapeutic techniques and exercises.
• Utilize effective manual therapy skills to assist patients in regaining mobility and reducing pain.
• Educate patients on alternative non-surgical interventions and strategies to minimize reliance on medications.
• Develop bespoke fitness and wellness programs that align with patients' health objectives and lifestyles.
• Motivate patients throughout their therapy journey to maximize their functional abilities and recovery potential.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care and monitor progress.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly and maintain accurate online documentation via EMR systems, such as WebPT.
• Maintain open lines of communication to foster trust and ensure patient satisfaction.

You will work closely with patients suffering from various orthopedic conditions, such as post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Roanoke, VA, with no disciplinary actions on your record.
• Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in developing effective, patient-specific exercise routines.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills for fostering strong patient relationships and collaborative teamwork.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to implement and adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
• Experience in a high-demand environment, managing an efficient caseload while maintaining quality care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
