Sales Coordinator (Full-Time) |AC Washington D.C. Capitol Hill/Navy Yard

We are hiring a Full-Time Sales Coordinator. Our Sales Coordinators are a direct link between the front desk and our sales team, assisting incoming reservation calls for groups and meetings and the sales team with contracts, room blocks, and communication with the rest of the hotel team to ensure guests and corporate clients receive exactly what we promised. Many of our sales coordinators become future sales managers and Director of Sales. Key Role Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for incoming sales calls, responding promptly and professionally. Deliver clear and concise communication that represents Concord Hospitality through all channels. Demonstrate excellent time management, self‑motivation, and proactive planning with a keen focus on detail. Complete and assist with tasks related to room blocks, reporting, client notifications (e.g., cut‑off or payment schedules), group resumes, event orders, BEOs, billing details, and other administrative aspects of group and event booking or execution. Manage pre‑event, main‑event, and post‑event details, tracking and communicating particulars of each assigned event and group to internal partners and external clients. Gain knowledge of the hotel’s food and beverage products, pricing, presentation, and the function space, audio‑visual capabilities, and any other details related to group and event success. Learn and use digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes (e.g., Delphi, CI/TY, PMS, sales call process) and understand the hotel’s sales strategies (rates, fees, budgeted goals). Participate in and report at all necessary internal meetings, conference calls, reporting, planning, training, and other communications.
