Maintenance Technician II Full Time Ember @ Alamo Ranch, San Antonio, TX, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 6850 We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician II for Ember at Alamo Ranch, our 204 unit residential community located in San Antonio, TX! Your role as Maintenance Technician II is critical to AL’s success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. We have a new bonus structure! All Maintenance Technicians will receive a stipend of $100 when on-call, on top of overtime. ALSO, maintenance team members are eligible for bonuses of up to $250 based on make ready status and work order completion. Your “Day to Day” at American Landmark as a Maintenance Technician: Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property.
