They will also be in charge of running their own aspects of practice given the skill they are put in charge of. Another aspect of their duties will be to supervise students until they have been picked up from practice and/or meets. JOB QUALIFICATIONS High School diploma or equivalent CPR certification- Can be completed upon hire Prior coaching experience Title IX training- Can be completed upon hire Mandatory Reporter Training- Can be completed upon hire SKILL REQUIREMENTS Good verbal and written communication skills Good problem-solving ability; good judgement Ability to interact appropriately with children of different ages ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Actual duties and responsibilities may vary depending upon building assignments and other factors. Prefers a work environment where flexibility, ability to deal with conflict, a high tolerance for stress, an ability to quickly internalize information and make informed decisions, and long hours are a part of the assignment Organizing and supervising game help Assists with supervision at activities Attend all events Work Environment/ Physical Demands: Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time, numerous distractions, visual, auditory and ambulatory acuity important.
