RN PCU | Charlotte, NC

Start: 10/19/2026 Duration: 20 weeks Shift: Nights, 3x12s | 6:45 PM–7:15 AM Hours: 36 or 48 hrs/week Ratio: 1:4

Requirements

• 2+ years PCU/Intermediate Care experience
• Previous travel experience required - no first-time travelers
• Active RN license
• Epic experience required
• BLS, ACLS & NIH required
• Telemetry & dysrhythmia management
• IV starts and peripheral line management
• Non-invasive airway management
• Post-cardiac cath and cardiac/vascular surgery experience
• Must pass EKG testing before start

• Every other weekend
• Float required to Cardiac Telemetry; Med/Surg ratios may reach 1:6
• RTO max 7 days and must be submitted before booking
• Fast-paced 24-bed Intermediate ICU
• Cardiac, heart failure, post-procedure, pulmonary & trauma patients
• Experience with BiPAP/CPAP, vasoactive drips, cardioversion, chest tubes and continuous telemetry
• Navy/White scrubs
• Flu vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions only
• COVID vaccine not required
