Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time | Schedule: Monday–Friday (flexible extended hours available)

What You'll Do

As our Physical Therapist, you'll carry a diverse outpatient caseload across the lifespan — orthopedic and post-surgical rehab, vestibular and balance disorders, neurological rehabilitation, and fall prevention — delivering individualized care and helping patients achieve meaningful, lasting outcomes. Day to day, you will:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across a broad range of outpatient conditions
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care to drive meaningful outcomes
• Document care accurately and efficiently in our EMR system
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and communicate clearly with patients and caregivers
• Contribute to a positive clinic culture and patient experience that keeps referrals coming back

What We're Looking For

• DPT or MPT from an accredited program (required)
• Active NC PT license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Strong clinical reasoning and confidence treating a diverse patient population
• A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous learning
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Ability to perform CPR and emergency first aid

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (core hours)

Work Environment

Outpatient clinical setting with modern equipment, a collaborative team, and a patient-first philosophy. Light to moderate physical activity, including standing for extended periods, hands-on manual techniques, and use of therapeutic equipment.
