ServiceNow Developer

We're partnering with an enterprise technology team looking to add an experienced ServiceNow Developer to help expand and enhance an established ServiceNow platform. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful platform initiatives, build new capabilities, and help modernize internal service delivery. This is a Hybrid onsite position near Edison NJ and can only support W2 (NO C2C) This is not a maintenance-focused role. We're looking for someone who enjoys designing solutions, building new functionality, and driving continuous platform improvements. What You’ll Be Doing Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow Service Catalog solutions and catalog items. Build and improve Service Portal experiences for internal users. Develop workflows and automate service request processes using ServiceNow best practices. Partner with infrastructure and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Improve and streamline existing processes by migrating manual workflows into ServiceNow. Support enhancements across ITSM and ITOM capabilities. Participate in platform architecture discussions and recommend improvements for usability, automation, and operational efficiency. Develop integrations with enterprise systems and cloud platforms as needed. What We’re Looking For Strong hands-on experience developing within the ServiceNow platform. Experience building Service Catalog items, request workflows, and self-service portals. Strong knowledge of ITSM with exposure to ITOM preferred. Experience with: Flow Designer Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes IntegrationHub REST API integrations Ability to work directly with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Experience working in enterprise environments with multiple cross-functional teams. Exposure to AWS or other cloud platform integrations is a plus.
