If you have 5+ years of experience and a passion for leading a team while also practicing high quality medicine, you're invited to apply. Balanced Leadership:

In this role, you'll have full medical autonomy to lead the clinical team and provide hands-on patient care. As the medical director, you'll uphold and advance the hospital's medical protocol, guide and mentor associate veterinarians and partner with leadership on workflow efficiency. To ensure a healthy balance, administrative blocks will be built directly into your schedule to allow for quality time to be spent between each area of focus as the medical director. The right candidate will also enjoy mentoring early career veterinarians.

To ensure you (and fellow staff) get home on time, the hospital has a 1 hour sunset policy in place. (Last appointment booked 1 hour prior to a shift's end). This is one of the ways the hospital ensures a healthy staff work / life balance.

Highlights:

• $225K-$275K Salary + Production
• Up to $10,000 Sign On or Relocation Bonus
