The Role:

Are you driven, persuasive, and ready to take control of your income? We are looking for an ambitious Residential Field Sales Representative to take our smart home and security solutions directly to homeowners. In this role, you’ll work directly in local communities, turning cold introductions into satisfied, long-term clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Territory Prospecting: Engage homeowners face-to-face in designated neighborhoods to generate interest and build a robust pipeline.
• Risk Assessments: Conduct walk-through assessments to identify home security vulnerabilities and tailor custom automation solutions.
• Live Demos: Show off our cutting-edge tech—from smart locks to mobile app integration—directly on your mobile device.
• Close Deals: Own the full sales cycle from the first high-five to signed contracts and installation handoffs.
• Lead Tracking: Log leads, follow-ups, and sales activity using our easy mobile CRM tool.
• Network & Scale: Build strong client relationships to generate active local referral networks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Background in direct sales, door-to-door, hospitality, or customer service is preferred, but an unbeatable work ethic is what truly matters.
• Mindset: Strong resilience, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to hit and exceed sales goals.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfort explaining basic smart technology, mobile apps, and home automation hardware.
• Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, ability to pass a background check, and eligibility for local sales licensing.
