RECREATION MANAGER

Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Recreational Manager at South Florida Youth Academy in Miami, Florida South Florida Youth Academy is comprised of multiple co-located residential commitment programs serving high-risk male youth aged 14 to 18 who require behavioral/mental health, substance abuse, and major disorder services. The programs utilize evidence-based practices to provide comprehensive care, treatment, and supervision. Youth will also receive psychotherapeutic services, including individual, family, and group counseling while at the program.

- BA/BS degree in therapeutic recreation or equivalent with one to three years' experience.
- Working knowledge of the Positive Operation Culture.
- Leadership ability is necessary to instill high-standard positive attitudes among staff and students.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively serve students.
