Job Description

Service Tech/Water Care Tech

HotSpring Spas & Pool Tables in Bismarck ND is seeking a Service Tech/Water Care Tech to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will play a crucial role in providing the best customer experience for our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hot tubs, spas, and pools
Assist customers with water care questions and provide solutions
Diagnose technical issues and recommend appropriate repairs
Deliver and set up new hot tubs and pool tables at customer locations
Educate customers on proper maintenance and care techniques

Qualifications:

Prior experience in servicing hot tubs, spas, or saunas preferred
Strong technical and mechanical skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Detail-oriented and organized
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
