About the job Senior Corporate Paralegal Job Title: Senior Paralegal Location : San Diego or Orange County, CA (Hybrid – occasional on-site travel to Del Mar, Newport Beach, and San Diego) Pay Range : $38.00 - $48.00/hour FLSA Status : Non-Exempt Job Type : Full-Time, Permanent Reports To : General Counsel About the Role The Offer Club is seeking a Senior In-House Paralegal to support corporate governance, real estate transactions, litigation, and HR compliance across a diverse property portfolio. This role balances independent legal research and document redlining with cross-functional workflows to ensure regulatory compliance. What You'll Do (Essential Functions) Corporate Governance & Real Estate Transactions Maintain records, minutes, and corporate health for a portfolio of Corporations, LLCs, and Partnerships. Draft written consents, officer/director resolutions, and distribution authorizations. Support transactional due diligence and post-closing mechanics for real estate acquisitions, financings, leases, and property management agreements. Litigation Management & Discovery Coordinate case logistics with outside counsel for litigation, arbitrations, and mediations. Manage the internal discovery process, including document collection, retention, Bates labeling, employee interviews, and data analysis. Review and revise written discovery responses. Employment Compliance & Operations Draft and update employee agreements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and acknowledgments in partnership with HR. Assist with quarterly labor law compliance audits. Track regulatory changes, updating required permits, licenses, and operational registrations. Pay Transparency The expected hourly pay range for this role is $38.00 - $48.00/hour. Final compensation will be determined during the selection process and may vary based on experience, skills, and location. What You Bring (Required Qualifications) Education: Degree or Certificate in Paralegal/Legal Studies, Business, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in a mid-to-large law firm or an active in-house corporate legal department. Expertise: Strong knowledge of corporate compliance protocols, LLC/partnership structures, and civil litigation discovery rules. Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word/redlining, Excel, SharePoint, Planner), Adobe Acrobat Pro, and online legal research tools.
