Sales Coordinator

Position Description: The Sales Coordinator will perform duties primarily related to the efficient and accurate maintenance and processing of prospect and client accounts. Job Scope: This position requires employee to perform duties independently or with minimal supervision while operating from the established direction and instruction of the SVP of Strategic Accounts and agency manual. Daily decisions, required by this position, are typically made by the following general company policy, insurance contract requirements, company underwriting guidelines, insurance laws (State or Federal), as well as independent decision making or judgement. Primary Responsibilities: Sales Coordinator will work the Sales Department and is responsible for assisting Strategic Accounts, producers, and supervisors of Reliance Partners in daily office functions related to maintenance and processing of customer and prospect accounts. Work with account executives on assigned new and renewal accounts Set up submissions, proposals, and finance contracts Obtain IFTAs, Loss runs, and financials from the client Complete IFTA and loss summaries Complete company required applications Confirm FMCSA filings are complete Maintain records of existing clients and prospects Utilize Reliance sales tools and CRM to update new and renewal business life cycles Supervisory Responsibility: - This position is not a supervisory position in nature.
