Job Description & Requirements Radiation Oncology Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 8 Pay Rate: $230.86 - $249.90 This facility is seeking a Radiation Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
• Practice Setting: Outpatient
• Type of cases and required procedures: radiation oncologist-consults, simulations, follow-ups in clinic operations. No surgery, no Brachytherapy or Radiopharmaceuticals
• Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): ARIA
• Certifications required: Must be board certified and Must have a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Licensure required: Must have an active Washington license.
