Strategic HR Partner Manager, Employee Success

Salesforce is seeking an Employee Success Business Partner Manager to join the ES4ES client group, partnering directly with HR and People leaders who shape Salesforce's workforce. This role acts as a trusted advisor to directors and senior managers, guiding talent initiatives, succession planning, and workforce strategy with a strong focus on AI/agent integration and organizational change. You will work across Legal, Finance, and COEs to translate global strategy into local guidance, leveraging #J-18808-Ljbffr salesforce.com, inc.
