About the Opportunity We are looking for a Project Surveyor to join our Community Building team in one of our Puget Sound locations to manage field‑focused projects, collaborate with professional surveyors, and deliver high‑quality results. You should have experience with roadway improvements, boundary work, utility networks, construction layout, and topographic mapping. Your Role on the Team Lead survey tasks on a wide variety of projects including boundary, ALTA, topographic surveys, records of survey, and construction support. Support survey project delivery from planning through completion, including scope, schedule, and budget oversight. Provide QA/QC review of survey documents and ensure compliance with state and client standards. Collaborate with engineers, planners, and other technical professionals to integrate survey data into broader project workflows. What You Bring to the Team 10+ years of survey experience; 2+ years of project management experience Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensure in Washington preferred LSIT acceptable combined with extensive project management experience Proficiency with survey technology, software, and methods (GPS, robotic total stations, drones, CAD platforms, etc.) Experience with boundary, topographic, construction staking, and right‑of‑way surveys Ability to manage projects, budgets, schedules, and field teams Strong communication and client coordination skills Why Join Parametrix? $110,000 - $150,000 USD
Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee‑owners, we are eligible for performance‑based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually.
