Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and interviewing techniques to gather comprehensive information. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based modalities, tailored to the specific needs of each client. Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care. Set actionable therapeutic goals in conjunction with clients, monitoring progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Provide teletherapy options to clients facing accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive consistent support regardless of their circumstances. Maintain meticulous records of client sessions, treatment goals, and progress in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements. Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and supervision to refine skills and stay updated on industry best practices. Patient Population / Client Focus Our clinic serves a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. Our counselors are equipped to support clients from various cultural backgrounds and recognize the importance of cultural competence in therapy. By fostering an empathetic and non-judgmental approach, our counselors guide clients on a path toward recovery and personal growth. Qualifications A current and valid state license as either an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD. A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology. Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients. A strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining client confidentiality. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while balancing a caseload. Preferred Experience Successful candidates will have previous experience in a clinical setting, working with a similar client demographic. Experience providing teletherapy is highly desirable, as we offer flexible virtual sessions. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) to manage client documentation and administrative tasks effectively. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, contingent upon your experience and caseload.
