As a Machine Operator, you will safely operate and monitor production equipment to ensure quality products are manufactured efficiently and in accordance with production standards.

• Starting Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour.
• Night Shift Differential: Additional $2.00 per hour.
• Schedule: 12-hour day and night shifts available, overtime and weekend as needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Production Operations:

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
  • Set up machines according to specifications.
  • Perform inspections and basic troubleshooting.
  • Complete production documentation accurately.

• Safety & Compliance:

  • Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Report safety concerns and equipment issues promptly.

• Quality & Continuous Improvement:

  • Follow quality standards and work instructions.
  • Use measuring and inspection tools as required.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work any shift, including overtime and weekends.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE.

• Skaltek Operator: Operates production equipment while following work instructions, monitoring product specifications, and maintaining quality and production standards.
