We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and customers, providing exceptional support through various communication channels. Your responsibilities will include managing inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and multi-line phone systems.
• Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with proper phone etiquette.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and spreadsheets, to document interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately using productivity software and ensure all client information is up-to-date.
• Assist with office management duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
• Support client communication efforts by preparing correspondence, proofreading documents, and managing calendars.
• Use QuickBooks or similar accounting software for basic invoicing and financial data entry when required.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and timely completion of administrative tasks.
• Maintain organizational workflow by prioritizing tasks effectively and managing time efficiently.
• Provide general administrative support as needed to enhance overall office productivity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of recent Customer Service or Call Center experience within the last three years
• Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, patience, maturity, empathy, tact and Diplomacy
• Demonstrate problem solving skills, flexibility, good judgment and ability to provide service excellence
• Demonstrate the ability to handle assigned projects from start to successful completion including appropriate follow-up and documentation
• Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple priorities concurrently in a timely and accurate manner
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, listening, verbal communication and business writing skills
• Demonstrate efficiency in using a PC and various Microsoft programs
