Step into an impactful role supporting students' communication and learning as a contract-to-hire Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting near Odum, GA. This onsite opportunity begins in September and continues through December, with the potential for extension through the end of the school year. You'll work with a diverse K–12 caseload, collaborating with educational teams to help students grow and succeed.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and active GA Speech-Language Pathologist license
• GaPSC (Georgia Professional Standards Commission) certification required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Prior experience serving pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working with a range of ages (K–12)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and diagnostic services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans and goals
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and data collection for compliance
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise on speech and language
• Offer professional insights on adaptive strategies for both classroom and remote learning environments
