If you are someone who can balance people, budgets, schedules, and client expectations while delivering high-quality projects, we'd love to talk.What You'll DoAs a Senior Project Manager, you will provide leadership across multiple commercial and residential construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, financial performance, and schedule execution every step of the way.Project LeadershipLead multiple active construction projects and building phases simultaneouslyOversee projects from planning through final turnoverEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetBuild strong relationships with owners, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teamsDrive decision-making and problem-solving throughout the project lifecycleTeam LeadershipLead and develop Project Managers, Project Engineers, Superintendents, and field teamsManage large project teams across multiple buildings and active job sitesCreate accountability, communication, and alignment across all stakeholdersSupport staffing, planning, and development of project team membersOperational ManagementOversee master schedules and milestone planning across multiple projectsCoordinate manpower, subcontractor sequencing, and procurement timelinesIdentify risks early and implement solutions to keep projects movingEnsure strong communication between office and field operationsFinancial ManagementManage project budgets, forecasting, buyout, billing, cash flow, and cost controlsLead change order management and contract administrationReview financial performance and projections with leadershipProtect project profitability while maintaining client satisfactionQuality & SafetyMaintain Pike's commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellenceEnsure compliance with plans, specifications, and company standardsOversee RFIs, submittals, closeout documentation, and turnoverSupport issue resolution during warranty periods when neededWhat We're Looking For10+ years of construction project management experienceStrong experience in residential, multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial building constructionProven success managing multiple buildings or concurrent project phasesExperience leading large field teams and cross-functional project staffStrong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and project financialsExperience with project scheduling and construction management softwareBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)The Right Candidate Will BringA strong leadership presenceThe ability to manage complexity and competing prioritiesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive, problem-solving mindsetA commitment to delivering high-quality work the right wayWhy PikeAt Pike, we build more than projects — we build communities, careers, and teams that make an impact.
