The organization utilizes a shared service model with finance operations supported by an established team in India, allowing the US Finance Controller to focus on strategic oversight, analysis, and business partnering.Job DescriptionAs US Finance Controller, you will take full ownership of finance operations for a growing US business within a well established global pharmaceutical organization. This is a highly visible role acting as the key finance partner to the US commercial team while maintaining strong alignment with global leadership based in India.This position offers a unique opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial setup where you will operate as the standalone finance leader in the US, driving financial performance, governance, and strategic decision making in a high growth environment.
