Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) Opportunity
Highland Care Center is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join the team in Queens, NY! This is a great opportunity to join a progressive in-house therapy team . We place high importance on attracting dynamic healthcare professionals who share a philosophy of quality patient/clinical care in a welcoming, respectful, and cohesive team environment.
Located at 91-31 175th St, Queens, NY 11432
Mentorship for New Graduates – We create a learning culture and promote personal and professional development, especially for fresh graduates.

1099 or W2 accepted
Monday–Friday schedule

Evaluate residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities and develop individualized treatment plans
Administer physical therapy treatments to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing
Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
Provide clinical support and educate patients, families, and caregivers
Monitor patient response to treatment interventions and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide quality, resident-centered care
