Sr. Manager, Production Control

Overview Raytheon is seeking a Sr. Manager, Production Control to serve as a key member of the Planning and Production Control team supporting factories within the Integration Manufacturing Center (IMC). The role is on‑site at our Tucson, Arizona facility and requires U.S. citizenship with a current, transferable Secret security clearance. Responsibilities Lead Production Control and Warehouse teams in Tucson, Arizona. Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures. Deploy operations strategy and metrics to accurately measure progress, drive continuous improvement, and improve on‑time delivery. Coach leaders on processes, development, and career growth. Lead process improvement and cost reduction initiatives using CORE best practices and processes. Required Qualifications University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Experience in planning, scheduling, production control, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, or project management. Experience leading daily team operations. Active, transferable Secret clearance at the time of application. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment with collective bargaining workforces. Experience with Special Program Access and related business systems, including shop floor data systems. Experience with Six Sigma, CORE, Lean Manufacturing processes, diagnostics, and continuous improvement. Experience supporting cross‑functional teams.
