Maintenance Assistant

Village Green Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team of dedicated health care professionals.

This position reports directly to the Maintenance Director. We are looking for someone who is dependable, driven, hard working, and has a working knowledge of maintenance-related tasks. Our next Maintenance Assistant should have the capability of learning the roles and responsibilities of the Maintenance Director to one day have the opportunity to advance in their career.

The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for, but not limited to:

daily room rounds
daily, weekly, monthly, and annual safety checks
plant maintenance to include painting, furniture repairs, other repairs, or installations
coordination of contractors for outsourced work
ability to use technology for work orders and other cataloging of inspections
