1. 10+ years of IT experience - recent 5+ in DM area
2. Good communication and be able to work with business to understand the requirements and come up with conceptual model and LDM
3. Should have good insurance business understanding
4. Good DWH knowledge
5. Expert in LDM and Erwin tool
6. Experience in Data Analytics, Dimension modelling, ETL process, Data profiling & PDM
7. Experience with AWS / Cloud DBs
