B Shift Returns Associate

The Role The purpose of the Warehouse Associate I role is to demonstrate basic functions of working within the warehouse environment and to begin learning essential duties for multiple departments within the Distribution Center. Responsibilities Understand and fulfill the basic functions of the role and daily goals. Operate warehouse equipment such as the CAJA robotic system, semi‑automatic and semi‑automatic tapers, Panda, Reject Lane, IBOD, sanitation, picking, packing, and RF gun as trained. Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety guidelines. Follow daily direction from leadership and coordinate with other departments. Participate in cross‑training for other functions or departments as needed. Qualifications Ability to read and write simple correspondence. Ability to learn to operate an RF scanner. Capacity to lift 50 lbs, bend, stand and walk repeatedly. Apply common sense and carry out instructions. Understand all functions through training. Follow safety procedures. Comprehend basic math. Work overtime and holidays on an as‑needed basis. Work in a sense of urgency or fast‑paced environment. Use and work safely with corrugated material. High School Diploma or GED preferred. Salary range reflects the estimated minimum and maximum target for new hires for this role in US – IN US8 Midwest Distribution Center.
